How long is my download link valid?
Your download link is valid for 24 hours after payment, and can be used up to 3 times. After it expires you'll need to purchase again.
I lost my download link. What do I do?
Visit the Order Lookup page and enter your Order ID or PayPal email. If your link is still active it will show there.
What emulator versions are the GEO/MESH files compatible with?
Our files are tested on Aion 2.7, 3.5, 4.3, 4.6, 4.8 and 5.8 clients. Each product description lists specific compatibility. If unsure, open a support ticket before purchasing.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final due to the digital nature of products. If the file is corrupted or broken, contact us within 48 hours with your Order ID and we'll fix it or resend.
How do I install GEO files?
Extract the ZIP to your server's /data/geo/ directory, replacing existing files. Restart your gameserver process. Full installation guide is included in each download.
How does support work?
Support is available for customers who purchased the support add-on. Open a ticket with your Order ID and email, then reply directly within the thread. Admin replies appear live — no need to refresh the page.
Can I attach a file to my ticket?
Yes! You can attach a ZIP file (max 200MB) when opening a ticket or replying. Useful for logs, config files, or screenshots.
